Terms of Service

Last updated October 13, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and [Company legal name] (“we”, “us”) for your use of Redock CRM (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it, and “you” means that organisation.

1. Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your password and any API tokens secure, and verify your email address before sending email. You are responsible for all activity in your account and workspaces, including actions by team members you invite and by API or MCP clients you connect.

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent where you live, to use the Service.

2. Acceptable use and anti-spam rules

Email sent through the Service affects every customer’s deliverability, so these rules are strict:

  • Only email people who have given you permission, or with whom you have an existing relationship that the law in their country treats as consent. No purchased, rented, scraped or shared lists.
  • Every marketing email must identify you, include your valid physical postal address, and contain a working unsubscribe link. The Service adds these by default; do not remove them.
  • Honour unsubscribes immediately. Do not re-add people who have unsubscribed, bounced or complained.
  • No deceptive subject lines or sender details, phishing, malware, illegal content, or content that infringes others’ rights.
  • Keep bounce and complaint rates low. We monitor them, and may pause sending automatically when they exceed safe thresholds.
  • Do not attempt to circumvent plan limits, rate limits, security controls or other customers’ isolation, or use the Service to send on behalf of unrelated third parties without our written agreement.

You must comply with all laws that apply to your email marketing, including CAN-SPAM (US), CASL (Canada), the GDPR and ePrivacy rules (EU/UK), and similar laws elsewhere.

3. Sending infrastructure

You can send through our managed sending service (“ReDock Mail”) where your plan includes it, or through your own email provider. When you use ReDock Mail, sending volume is limited by your plan, and we may review, throttle or pause sending to protect deliverability for all customers. When you connect your own provider, you are responsible for complying with that provider’s terms.

We do not guarantee inbox placement. Delivery depends on recipients’ mail providers, your content and your sending practices.

4. Your data

You own the contacts, content and other data you put into the Service (“Customer Data”). You grant us a limited licence to host, process, transmit and display Customer Data only as needed to provide and support the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy; for personal data of your contacts, you are the controller and we act as your processor.

You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and use your contacts’ data and for the accuracy of the data you upload.

5. Plans, billing and cancellation

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis through our payment partner Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record and handles payment, invoicing and sales tax. Prices and plan limits are shown on our pricing page and may change with at least 30 days’ notice for existing subscriptions.

You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from Plan & billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then. Except where required by law, fees already paid are not refundable. If a payment fails we may limit sending until it is resolved.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access, or pause sending, if you breach these Terms (in particular the acceptable use rules), fail to pay, or if your use creates a security, legal or deliverability risk for us or other customers. Where reasonable we will notify you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.

You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings. After termination we delete Customer Data within a reasonable period, except where we must keep it by law (for example, invoices).

7. Integrations and third-party services

The Service can connect to third-party services you choose, such as email providers, WordPress sites, AI assistants through our MCP server, and webhooks. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and secure but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features; we will give reasonable notice of material changes that reduce functionality you pay for.

9. Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated in these Terms, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your Customer Data, your emails, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

12. General

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Country / State], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these Terms; if a change is material we will notify you by email or in the app before it takes effect, and continued use after that means you accept the updated Terms.
